Qualifications required:

We are looking for a Finance Manager.
The role holder will perform strategic, controlling & operational functions and work closely with the management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Accelerate the payment from developers.
- Submitting payments and collecting funds from developers.
- Preparing closure and reports on a Daily and Monthly Basis.
- Preparing reports and pending payments to agents.
- Preparing liabilities reports every 25th of each month before the salary.
- Budgeting and forecast.
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Industry in Dubai is a must. (3 Years).
- Minimum of 3 years of Direct Dealing with Real Estate Agents.
- Quick books experience (3 years).
- Vat Filing experience through Emarat Tax is preferable.
- MBA or CMA is a plus.
